Bison Blend
The Bison Blend is an updated version of our One Cup Blend. It is a 50/50 blend of our "Single Origin" Washed processed Ecuadorian, medium roast, paired with an Organic Ethiopian coffee roasted to a medium/medium dark Roast. Smooth bodied, with Citrus and Chocolate, flavor notes. This blend is excellent as an espresso drink (breve, cortado, latte etc.) and also as a drip coffee. The Organic Ethiopian Keffa is sourced direct from the Girma Eshtu Estate by our friends at Atlas Coffee and the Ecuadorian coffee is sourced direct from our Hacienda, hand picked and processed on the farm, then exported to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging.
Texas Pecan
Roasted to a medium dark roast with Organic Pecan flavoring creating a smooth bodied pecan flavored blend. Enjoy the Texas flavors with this limited edition coffee while they last. The Ecuadorian coffee is sourced direct from our Hacienda, hand picked and processed on the farm, then exported to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging.
Decaf
The Decaf is our "Single Origin" Mountain water processed Mexican Chiapas decaffeinated coffee roasted to a medium/medium dark roast. Smooth bodied, with and great flavor. The coffee is certified organic and is sourced direct from the CoOp by our friends at Walker Trading. Hand roasted at our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging. Enjoy a nice organic "High grown" decaf hand selected by your Roaster.
Hacienda Roast
The Hacienda Roast is a "Single Origin", medium roasted coffee. Smooth bodied, and hint of fruit, cinnamon, and nut flavor notes. Low acidity makes this a nice smooth coffee to enjoy at any time. The coffee is sourced direct from our Hacienda, hand picked and processed on the farm, then exported to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging.
Morning Brew
The Morning Brew is a 50/50 blend of our "Single Origin" Natural processed Ecuadorian, medium roast, paired with an organic Ethiopian coffee roasted to a medium dark Roast. Smooth bodied, with Cherry and Chocolate, flavor notes. This blend is excellent as an espresso drink (breve, cortado, latte etc.) but also very good as a drip coffee. The organic Ethiopian Keffa is sourced direct from the Girma Eshtu Estate by our friends at Atlas Coffee and the Ecuadorian coffee is sourced direct from our Hacienda, hand picked and processed on the farm, then exported to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging.
1/2 Caff Blend
A 50/50 blend of our Decaf "Single Origin" Mountain water processed Mexican Chiapas decaffeinated coffee, blended with our signature Hacienda roast single origin Ecuadorian Arabica. Both roasted to a medium/medium dark roast. Smooth bodied, with and great flavor with Half the caffeine! Hand roasted at our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging. Enjoy a nice organic "High grown" decaf hand selected by your Roaster.
Roadrunner Blend
The Road Runner blend is a 50/50 blend of a "Single Origin" Washed process high grown Andean Ecuador coffee, roasted to a medium roast, paired with an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee roasted to a medium dark Roast. Medium bodied, with Dark Chocolate and Walnut, flavor notes. This blend is excellent as a drip coffee. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is sourced direct from the CoOp by our friends at Walker Trading and the Andean is from sourced from Ramiro Pauta in the southern Andes of Ecuador, shipped to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging. Originally this was one of our limited editions, but we liked it so much that we made it a part of our permanent collection!
Proprietors Blend
This limited edition "Proprietors" blend is hand selected by our roast master and only available while the supply lasts. The blend is made of a "Single Origin" Washed processed Guatemalan, medium roast, paired with an Organic Ethiopian coffee roasted to a medium dark Roast, and a Central Coast Ecuador from our farm in La Azucena Ecuador. Medium bodied, with Dark Chocolate and Stone Fruit, flavor notes. This blend is excellent as a drip coffee or an espresso milk drink. The organic Ethiopian Keffa is sourced direct from the Girma Eshtu Estate by our friends at Atlas Coffee and the Guatemalan is from the San Victor Estate shipped to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging. Cafe Cotopaxi Blend
Cafe Cotopaxi is a "Single Origin" natural processed, medium roasted coffee with cherry and spice notes to it. It brings back memories of drinking coffee at a Lago San Pablo lake side cafe in the Andes. This smooth bodied roast has just the right amount of sweet fruit from natural processing the old fashioned way. The coffee is sourced direct from our Hacienda, hand picked and sun dried natural processed on the farm, then exported to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging.
The Cafe Blend
The Cafe Blend is a "Single Origin", medium/dark roasted coffee similar to a "City Roast". The Blend is a 50/50 blend of Washed and Natural processed coffee. Smooth bodied, and fruity, cinnamon, and nut flavor notes. Even with a darker roast the low acidity makes this a nice smooth coffee to enjoy at any time. The coffee is sourced direct from our Hacienda, hand picked and processed on the farm, then exported to our roastery in Waco TX for its final process, roasting and packaging.
