Red Burgundy Okra
This attractive and fast-maturing Okra will provide you with a generous supply of fruit as well as edible pink flowers. Great in soups and gumbo.
Soak seeds overnight before sowing to assist with germination. After danger of frost, plant seeds in prepared garden bed or container. Be sure to clip pods frequently to promote production. The larger pods are tough and not as tasty. Harvest when pods are roughly 3 inches long.
