Description
QuikStrike Fly Bait is an effective, broad spectrum granular bait designed to control nuisance house flies. QuikStrike contains a strong fly attractant and is easy to use. We hove found it to be remarkable effective, seeing results in literally seconds.
- Step 1: If you intend to apply QuikStrike as a scatter bait, measure the desired area before application as this will determine how much product should be used. Calculate the square footage of the area you wish to treat by measuring (in feet) and multiply the area length times the width (length x width = square footage). Quikstrike can be applied at a rate of 1/4th of a pound per 500 sq. ft. For example, if you measured an area of 2,000 sq. ft. to treat, you would need to apply 1 pound Quickstrike Fly Bait.
- Step 2: Scatter QuikStrike Fly Bait granules onto desired locations making sure it is spread evenly on dry surfaces. Apply bait in several locations, concentrating on areas where house flies are a problem. It is best to avoid applying bait in windy areas as flies will avoid these areas. You could also optionally place the bait in 2 oz. increments inside bait stations, making sure to secure them 4 feet above the ground.
- Step 3: Reapply as bait is consumed to maintain control.
