Description

An additive for cheese, making that helps produce a farmer, Kurt, for higher yield in cold storage milk. Not suggested for stretched curd cheese.

Use: dilute in quarter cup of cool, non-chlorinated water. Add to cool milk, stir gently for one minute.

 

Ingredients: water, 30-32% calcium chloride.
