• New In-Ground Plantings: Mix 2 parts of your preferred FoxFarm soil conditioner with one part native soil. Add 1/2 cup of Happy Frog Cavern Culture Fertilizer per 5 gallons of soil mixture. Fill the hole while setting the plant at the correct height. Tamp the soil gently to secure the plant and water thoroughly.
• Established Plants: The amount of fertilizer to use depends on the plant height. For example, use 1 cup for plants 1-2 ft. tall, 1 1/2 cups for plants 2-3 ft. tall, 2 cups for plants 3-5 ft. tall, and 3 cups for plants taller than 5 ft.
